What does this cost, and why?
30,000 to 55,000 EGP a month, moved by content volume, number of platforms, and one doctor versus a clinic with several. That covers six jobs — strategy, brand direction, script writing, filming and editing, design, and running the accounts day to day — not someone sending you a post. The way to size it: your average case value × 2–3 is roughly the fee. Six months minimum, and no discounts on price — if budget is tight we cut scope instead.
Isn't this against medical ethics?
Self-promotion is. Scientific explanation isn't — as long as you speak inside your registered specialty, state things simply, promote neither yourself nor any medication, and identify yourself as registered. Every script is checked before you're in front of a camera, and anything promising an outcome or comparing you to another doctor comes out. We aren't a legal authority: anything unclear, we'll tell you to take back to the Syndicate.
I already spend on ads. Doesn't this replace them?
No. We don't run ads and don't want to. Your media buyer keeps the traffic; we make it convert — the same click lands on someone the patient recognises instead of a name and a photo. What we add is the channel underneath it, which keeps working the day you stop spending.
Will this work for my specialty?
Best where patients research for weeks and the decision is trust-driven: aesthetics and dermatology, cosmetic dentistry, fertility and IVF, bariatric surgery. Worst for emergencies, where the patient goes to whoever is closest. One thing matters more than specialty though — whether you're willing to appear.
What if I don't see results?
We guarantee delivery, not patient numbers — what happens after contact isn't in our hands. Every month we measure things you can check yourself: profile visits, incoming messages, video completion rates, new reviews. If those are flat after three months the positioning needs changing, and fixing it is our job at no extra cost.
How much of my time does this take?
One positioning session at the start — ninety minutes, and nobody can sit it for you. Then one or two filming days a month, agreed well in advance, plus a short monthly session. Under ten hours. The hard part isn't the hours, it's holding the filming date.
What am I supposed to say? I don't have material
Every doctor says this, and every doctor answers the same thirty questions every week in clinic without noticing. We pull those out of you in the first session and turn them into a script calendar — and you review every script before filming.
I'll look ridiculous on camera. My colleagues will see it.
Fair — nobody trained you to speak to a lens. You're never improvising: the script is written, reviewed by you and rehearsed before the camera is on. And what colleagues react badly to is a doctor selling himself; a doctor explaining his own specialty is the version they respect. Plenty of clients dread the first film. None has regretted it.
I already post content — what would you do?
Look at what's up, first. Usually the problem isn't volume — every piece says something different, so a follower comes away thinking you're a good doctor without knowing what kind. We settle that line first. Case 02 above is exactly this.
Who owns the accounts and the content?
You do. Accounts, domains, raw footage and every finished asset stay in your name, during and after. We hold nothing back as leverage.
Who am I actually working with?
A team of ten, with Mohamed Korany leading the account himself and a monthly strategy session with him. Not a queue you submit requests into.
Why six months?
The first two months are build — positioning, profile rebuild, the shoot, the signature film, the content bank — and compounding only shows from month three. A three-month engagement would end the month the work starts paying off.
